    The beginning of a new year is a way to hit the reset button. It’s a time when you can reflect on the past twelve months, be proud of your accomplishments, and then take the time to focus in on what you’re hoping to achieve in the upcoming year. I think the best way to set yourself up for success is to commit to starting (or continuing!) a habit that will simply lead to feeling good.
